How do I know if my order has gone through?

How long will it take me to receive my order?

As our stores and e-commerce stocks are linked, when a product is not available online, it is also out of stock in our stores.

Can I order a suit with different sizes for the jacket/trousers?

Unfortunately, our suits are sold as complete sets, and it is not possible to order the jacket and trousers in different sizes separately. If you find yourself between sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size and having it adjusted by a professi

We currently do not offer gift-wrapping. We try to offer you the best eco-friendly packaging. Our suits, jackets and coats are shipped in our Pini Parma suit-bag.

Is a specific garment available in our stores?

Simply reach out to our Customer Care team with the reference of the garment you are interested in as well as the size and the location (Paris, Milan or Brussels) and we will let you know if it is.

When a garment is sold out online, will it be replenished?
